The Nutr column is used to display the nutrition assessment status of a patient:

To update the nutrition assessment status of a patient, click in the Nutr cell of the patient you would like to update and the Nutrition dialogue box will be displayed:



Once the assessment has been completed, select and then the result of the nutrition assessment:



Click on and the nutrition assessment status will be updated in the Ward Patient List.
