The Fall column is used to display the falls assessment status of a patient:

Updating the Fall(s) Column
To update the falls assessment status of a patient, click in the Fall cell of the patient you would like to update and the Falls dialogue box will be displayed:
Once the assessment has been completed, select and then the result of the Falls Assessment:
Click on and the Falls Assessment status will be updated in the Ward Patient List.
