The DAS Column is used to display a patient's Dementia CQUIN Assessment status:

Updating the DAS (Dementia CQUIN Assessment) Column
To update a patient's Dementia CQUIN Assessment status, click in the cell of the patient you would like to update and the Dementia CQUIN Assessment dialogue box will be displayed:
Select from the available options and record the date of the risk assessment. If you select Not Applicable then make sure to select a Reason:
If the patient has been forgetful in the last 12 months to the extent that it has significantly affected their daily life, then you will be asked to record the outcome of the full dementia assessment by the medical team:
Record the outcome of the full dementia assessment by the medical team and click on
to update the Ward Patient List.
