Select a Diagnosis from the list of Problems/Issues/Diagnoses and the details will appear on the right:

The first tab is for the details of the diagnosis:

The related diagnoses are displayed at the bottom and can be viewed by clicking on the date or anywhere in that row.

The second tab is for any Stage information:
