Select the MDT Review you require from the list of Plans and the details will be displayed on the right:

The first tab is for the details of the MDT Review:

Requests Tab

The second tab is for the details of the specimens required for the review:

Further Info Tab

The third tab is for any further information on the review:

MDT History Tab

The next tab is for all of the selected patient's MDT history:

Clicking on the Action button will open up that MDT Review. This list is the same as your original Plans list.
